Tharun Jagateri
CEO, Second Spin
Tharun chose impact entrepreneurship because he wanted to create lasting change by building companies that benefit both people and the planet. He has previously worked towards providing communities with safe working spaces and dignified jobs.
Prior to his impact entrepreneurship journey, Tharun was the founder of an edtech platform for early-stage entrepreneurs. He had raised equity funding of $150,000 from reputed angel investors.

Venture Builder
With a background in finance and a deep commitment to sustainability, Radhika brings both entrepreneurial drive and financial expertise. After founding and growing Goodmylk—later acquired by Nourish You India—she now applies her expertise at Enviu, building Second Spin to tackle India’s post-consumer textile waste challenge head-on.
Beyond her professional work, Radhika loves to discuss topics like veganism, citizen movements, responsible corporate governance, waste management and India-specific finance & logistics regulations. She's also a voracious reader and plays multiple musical instruments.
